Personal Account on Being Patient
Together with my family, I cared for my father, Edward, who passed away from ALS and frontotemporal dementia in 2021. I wrote about my experience for "Being Patient". I share how we balanced safety with autonomy, finding small ways to honor my father’s identity and discovered moments of joy amidst the challenges of caregiving.
